4WD & CAMP 4 MENTAL HEALTH #1 LAKE LYELL

Our first ever '4WD & CAMP 4 MENTAL HEALTH' & safe to say one that i'll never forget! Spent the weekend with some amazing people camping & 4wding all to get the word out that it’s okay not to be. Made some beautiful mates & memories that I think we’ll all remember for a lifetime. We camped out at Lake Lyell (NSW) along the lakes bank and all us girls got straight into setting up while the boys (of course) cracked open their first beer.. followed by 4 more shortly after. We spent our time at Lake Lyell exploring little tracks & lookouts that are all within the whole campsite itself. Later on, we all went to 'Lost City' in Lithgow to do some more 4wding & sightseeing. Couldn't have gone away with a better bunch of people as we're all there for one reason, to spread awareness of mental health. So thankyou to everyone who came and made it what it was. If there’s one thing we all took away from the weekend, it’s to check on your mates no matter how quiet or loud they are, you never know what’s going on behind closed doors.
