Saving True Blues was created to make it easier for Australians to talk openly about mental health. We believe everyone should feel comfortable discussing their mental well-being without judgment. We think it's important to prioritize mental health and that asking for help is a sign of strength.
To support this, we created our 'Mental Health Camps'. Every few months, we organize camping trips across NSW. These trips are a chance to get away from everyday stress, connect with nature, and have honest conversations with others in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Our camps are a safe space where you can share your experiences and get support from others. We encourage you to join us on one of these adventures. It's a great way to have fun, make new friends, and improve your mental well-being.
